Justin Kluivert sets new PL record with Bournemouth hat-trick 🎯

Bournemouth’s trip to Wolves on Saturday has officially entered the record books.

Molineux saw four goals find the back of the net in stunning fashion with the Cherries holding a 3-1 lead in under 20 minutes.

But Justin Kluivert took top billing on his 50th outing for the visitors by beating goalkeeper José Sá from the penalty spot to claim a unique hat-trick.

Adding to the unique feat was the fact that all three spot kicks were also won by teammate Evanilson, the first time any Premier League player has done it.

The last time anyone in the English top flight notched a hat-trick of penalties was 67 years ago, when Manchester City’s Ken Barnes scored against Everton in 1957.

Talk about a landmark appearance.
